Corporate restructuring is a process that allows a private/public company facing cash flow problems and financial distress to reduce and renegotiate its delinquent debts. This allows the business to improve and/or restore financial liquidity so that the business can continue its operations.

Between 2018 and 2022, our firm successfully remediated and restructured tens of millions of dollars in corporate debt for several publicly-traded companies. We worked closely with each company's CEO and Board of Directors to develop and initiate comprehensive restructuring plans through customized corporate workouts and capital restructuring. We also monitored, worked with, and supervised the companies' retained specialized professionals in Securities, Accounting and Investment Banking for efficient and effective outcomes.
